Lisa Belle, who was a sexual assault victim as a child is photographed in Concord, Calif., on Friday, Nov. 17, 2017. Belle, recently spoke at a church gathering on sex trafficking and partnered with Tri-Valley Haven in a panel discussion. She is currently creating a Facebook page in the hopes to do more motivational speeches in the future on sex trafficking and the need for helping the victims and creating awareness of the issue.
